I certainly wouldn't support a casino or any business if I had known how they treat there employees. Typically you get to at least speak on your own behalf and defend yourself. Well not here. Here HR yells at you and tells you to stop talking when you are 3 words into why you feel you are being wronged.
Very fun place! I won more than I spent! And had a bite to eat at the cafe inside the casino which was great. Also, the valet service was fast and friendly!
Does not recognize table players like myself. Why can't there be a casino that reward table players appropriately. The only one that comes close that I've found was the Grand Z. They reward table players good imo. For example, Monday thru Thursday they have the chip grab...every hour.... also... they give out promo chips twice a week depending on play.
So on that note. If you have no moral compass then come on in to Saratoga Casino where valet will tell you to do it yourself if you even dare ask them to get your oxygen or walker out of there car.
The worst of the worst in NoBlacks in BlackHawk.. The staff is horrible in the sense you don't feel welcomed at all. Pass on going here because I would rate them almost dead last of all the casinos in Colorado...
